iParametrics is Hiring a Talent acquisition specialist Near Alpharetta, GA

Recruiter Federal Infrastructure and Emergency Management iParametrics is seeking a full-time recruiter to join our team.

The person selected will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and maintaining relationships with various types of professional candidates.

Recruiting at iParametrics is a unique opportunity to participate in cadre development as well as the direct placement of professionals to support a variety of federal contracts across civilian and defense agencies, including FEMA (disaster recovery), Department of Energy (nuclear programs), Army Corps of Engineers (construction, CONUS / OCONUS), Health and Human Services (case management), and others.

As such, we work closely with a large scope of professionals, including architects, engineers, construction managers, cost estimators, inspectors, data analysts, case managers, project managers, and others.

This position will work out of our Alpharetta, GA office. iParametrics will consider a remote position for the right individual located in Southeast or South Central regions.

Responsibilities Based on the requirements of a specific federal program, assist with the development of the sourcing, recruiting, and cadre development for that program.

Execute full life cycle recruiting for one or more federal programs. Continually source candidates through job postings, databases, social media, professional associations, and other methods.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Performs other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Overview Excellent and proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn, SeekOut, CareerBuilder, and similar platforms.

Experienced in recruiting for federal programs as described above. Experienced in recruiting for the professionals described above.

Familiarity with emergency response and contingency operations recruiting preferred. Ability to work cohesively as part of a project delivery team on large staff augmentation programs.

Ability to recruit across multiple market sector verticals and recruiting models (staff augmentation and direct placement).

Ability to pivot quickly to support emergency response and contingency missions for any of the agencies and professionals described above.

Independent and organized individual with strong time-management skills. Team oriented and eager to learn and grow within an organization.

Minimum Qualifications 7 years of recruiting experience of non-IT technical professionals, preferably in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries.

Previous experience recruiting for a government contractor is highly desirable. Up to date on the latest sourcing and recruiting tools and methods, including experience with applicant tracking systems, social media sourcing, and networking Experience in placing personnel for high-volume cadre development / staff augmentation basis, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and to work effectively under pressure. Must have strong attention to detail, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems required; SharePoint preferred. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Education : minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Salaried position with eligibility for benefits including annual bonus, medical insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and matching 401K.

Estimated salary is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
