Job Title: Recruitment CoordinatorLocation: Alpharetta, GAJob Description:iParametrics is seeking a full-time recruitment coordinator to join our team. The person selected will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of professional candidates. Recruiting at iParametrics is a unique opportunity to participate in cadre development as well as the direct placement of professionals to support a variety of federal contracts across civilian and defense agencies, including FEMA (disaster recovery), Department of Energy (nuclear programs), Army Corps of Engineers (construction, CONUS/OCONUS), Health and Human Services (case management), and others. As such, we work closely with a large scope of professionals, including architects, engineers, construction managers, cost estimators, inspectors, data analysts, case managers, project managers, and others.This position will work out of our Alpharetta, GA office. iParametrics may consider a remote position for the right individual located in Southeast.Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Searches: Utilize various job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other relevant platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions within the company.
  • Prescreen Candidates: Review resumes and applications received through job boards, ensuring that candidates meet the basic qualifications for the respective positions. Forward qualified resumes to the recruitment team for further review and consideration.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Communicate interview details to candidates and provide necessary logistical support.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress, and updating recruitment metrics and reports as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting correspondence, managing recruitment-related documents, updating the ATS, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with members of the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities, strategies, and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc., and other recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
