Must have excellent customer service skills and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain high standards and hold staff accountable to same
2 years of proven experience in Hotel Management/Hospitality/Hospitality Sales
Ability to handle a wide variety of situations with patience and confidence
Ability to read, develop, analyze, and interpret complex documents and financial reports
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
Ability to read and interpret policies & procedures and to provide guidance on implementation.
Ability to read, write and implement safety programs for employees and guests.
Ability to effectively communicate clearly in person, via telephone and in writing, as well as lead, motivate, and work with all types of people
Drive to stay informed about community events and opportunities in the Joplin market as a way to generate sales leads. Desire and ability to successfully make, track and measure cold calls to leisure and business groups to build relationships and generate sales
Must be accountable for your actions, be detail oriented, and take initiative
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, develop solutions and plan ahead
Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds regularly
Must be able to stand, kneel and bend over long periods
Ensure all safety guidelines and organizational best practices are always followed
Responsible for the protection and maintenance of physical equipment and company assets
Certifications:
Possess or ability to obtain a franchise specific certification
Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
