On call schedule and rotating Saturday hours.

Our Maintenance teams play a very important role in keeping our properties running smoothly and efficiently. We look for individuals that are very talented in many different areas and who can 'wear several different hats.'
Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance around the buildings such as fixing structural damage, routine plumbing inspections and repairs, and electrical inspections and repairs
• Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems.
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
• Operate power & hand tools
• Snow plow capability

Requirements

• Self motivated individual with sense of urgency to get things done
• Time management skills
• Must have excellent customer service
• Ability to work hands on-alongside a diverse group of people
• Able to work successfully under limited supervision
• Be detail oriented and take initiative to complete projects
• Ability to lift and move 50-60 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical or machinery
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
