Requirements
Requirements:

• 2 years of Assistant Manager or Shift Leader experience in Fast Food
• Must have considerable knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and portion control
• Experience with managing inventory and full P&L knowledge
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to travel out of state for training

Responsibilities:

• Create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat
• Train and educate new team members to our culture, standards, and operations
• Supervise and guide kitchen culinary staff- cooks, dishwashers to ensure consistency with all food products
• Prepare and adjust schedule for cashiers, dishwashers and line cooks to meet demands of our customers
• Create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat
• Follow all policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sanitary food handling
• Execute all ordering and inventory management
• 100% accountability with the P&L-total food cost and total back of house labor cost
• Must be knowledgeable in training front of house employees as well as back of house
• Control costs by training and educating team members and fellow managers

Starting Pay $17/Hour
