Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various accounting tasks and possess a strong understanding of financial concepts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Conduct payroll processing accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and maintain financial records accurately
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
