• Research and down select various tools & business applications, present pros, cons, and cost considerations for final selection
• Distill internal customer needs, document information and workflow processes
• Stand up internal tooling, implement and manage change to existing tooling, manage integrations across various platforms
• Manage and administer business platforms, including integrations into reporting
• Support users as needed, support training efforts, and other customer success activities as needed.
• Participate in road mapping, feedback sessions, user testing

• Microsoft suite, emphasis on Power BI
• Strong attention to detail
• Platform management
• General design, documentation, testing and maintenance skills
• Fast learner and agile thinker
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 2-5 years of experience in systems administration or analyst role
• Demonstrated ability stand up business platforms
• Familiar with Agile methodology to test and implement quickly
• Microsoft certifications, Salesforce experience, other platform experience preferred
• SQL, Python, R preferred
• Degree in Business Analytics, System Administration, Computer Science or related field
