Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Representative to drive our sales initiatives in a retail setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and sales acumen.

Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze marketing and sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue performance.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications:
