As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solar Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Aurora Design platform and possess a strong background in solar system design. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to create accurate and efficient solar designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Utilize the Aurora Design platform to create detailed and accurate solar system

designs for residential projects.

- Attend meetings to stay current with the PowerLink platform, finance options, and

PowerHouse systems.

- Ensure that solar designs comply with local regulations, codes, and industry

standards.

- Become proficient in iSP’s Customer Relationship Management software.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related

to solar design and energy efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project

management, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

- Provide technical support to sales teams during customer consultations, offering

insights into system design and feasibility.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.

- Assist sales representatives with credit applications and contract origination.

Technical Expertise/Qualifications

- Demonstrate proficiency in using Aurora Design software to model shading, layout solar

panels, and optimize system performance.

- This position requires great communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-

solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
