OVERVIEW
Inxeption is seeking a talented and dedicated Director of Advertising Sales to guide our team through the Cupertino, CA area. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead revenue growth, empower a team of seasoned sales professionals, and craft innovative strategies to secure lucrative business partnerships.

LOCATION: Cupertino, CA

SALARY:  $140K to $175K Annually Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligning them with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of advertising sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and partners in the Cupertino area.
  • Negotiate and close advertising deals, maximizing profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and proposal development to presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, pinpointing trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement creative sales initiatives and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage the advertising sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the advertising sales team.
  • Represent Inxeption at industry events and trade shows, promoting our brand
EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in advertising sales management, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital media, traditional media, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless drive to succeed.
