About the Job 

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join Invisibly’s Marketing team, to support our branding and go-to-market activities. This is a full-time role that is ideally based in Saint Louis, MO, but will also consider remote based in the US.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution across marketing channels — social, content, partnerships, ads, events — through detail-driven, hyper-organized coordination.
• Management of social media and blog posts publication.
• Answering comments and private DMs across social channels.
• Assisting on internal and external comms..
• Assisting with subcontractors billing and accounts receivables processes, as needed.
• Keeping communications active between third party vendors.
• Assisting with special projects and research as needed.
• Supporting the Marketing onboarding process.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring it remains up-to-date across initiatives.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of emerging social, and cultural trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheets and Google Suite/Tools.
• Requires knowledge of Later, Figma and Slack.
