Invictus Security and Investigations is excited to offer the position of FLEX On-Site Security Officers at our High-rise building in Denver, Colorado. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a secondary income with flexible hours that fit around other commitments.

Pay Rate: $22 - $27 per hour, depending on experience and availability

Schedule: Variable

Job Type: Part-time, Flex/On-Call

Duties:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any security breaches.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Conduct security checks of individuals, vehicles, and bags as necessary.
• Enforce access control procedures and verify identification of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Provide assistance to staff and visitors when needed.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven work experience as an unarmed security officer.
• First aid, CPR, and AED certification preferred.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security operations adaptable to varying schedules.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for dynamic and flexible work conditions.
• Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally in varying scenarios.

Expected Hours: Variable; primarily on-call to meet operational needs with a minimum availability requirement.
