Title: Signature Reductions Specialist

Location: Elkridge, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI with a CI polygraph

Responsibilities:

• Support the development, review, processing, and execution of signature reductions plans, annexes, policies, and directives
• Maintain knowledge of established signature reduction plans to ensure that they support current and future operations
• Develop responses to signature reduction requirements and assigned taskers, while engaging associated organizations for support and collaborating or coordinating on externally generated requirements
• Evaluate the sustainability of the customer's TTPs
• Develop responses to signature reduction requirements and assigned taskers while engaging associated organizations for support and collaborating or coordinating on externally generated requirements
• Supports the daily management and oversight of operational security, including but not limited to the maintenance, issuance, tracking, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of program related items
• Manages the cover registry and requirements in appropriate systems of record
• Perform data management, file maintenance, and maintain organizational tools
• Create reports, information papers, and briefings, while ensuring designated actions are tracked and reported; produce metric reports as directed
• Maintain accountability of signature reduction program items
• Assist employees and customers with any issues they encounter as a result of their status

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 8 years of experience conducting related intelligence analysis
• Current TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
