This job will have the following responsibilities:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (data entry, converting data, formulas cross-referencing, vlookups)
Pull data from SharePoint site
Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
Assist in editing spreadsheets
Assist in customer service duties by answering emails and phone calls
Work cooperatively with administrative assistants team, in positive partnership to back up each other smoothly
Make sure you are ready to follow your hiring manager instructions at any given time .
Great benefit,$22 per hour
