Pay Range: $55.29 - $67.31 / hourly DOE

The hiring pay range for this position is $55.29 - $67.31per hour based on skills, education, and experience relevant to this role.

Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, employees are eligible to participate in the following Inventprise employee benefit programs:

• Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, or HSA: Currently Inventprise contributes 80% toward the Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for the employee, and enrolled spouse and dependents. Medical plans are currently provided through Premera Blue Cross.
• 401(k) program: Inventprise contributes 3% of employee base pay each pay period to their 401(k) account. Employee contributions are at the discretion of the employee.
• Paid Time Off: Employees start PTO accruals at the rate of 5.83 hours each pay period - annualized equivalent of 140 hours/year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical implementation for four learning systems, including: Laboratory information management system (LIMS), quality management system (QMS), NetSuite enterprise resource planning software (ERP), and a learning management system (LMS).
• Manage the various aspects of all four technical projects to achieve critical milestones and timelines, including: Project planning using Smartsheet software, Gantt chart overviews, budgeting and resource management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Effectively supports prioritization of project tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Resolve project issues or determine when escalation to leadership is required.
• Lead regular stakeholder reviews and provide project summary updates.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Project Management or IT required, and a PMP certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience working in a biotechnology, biopharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.
• Experience with deploying learning management and training platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, and high proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to proactively problem-solve, working through conflicting priorities.
• Ability to understand how multiple systems, workflows and timelines work together.
• Ability to be physically mobile within the operating environment (i.e. laboratories, manufacturing, etc.).

Physical Demands:

• Adequate visual and mental acuity to maintain prolonged use of computer work.
• Multiple hours of standing, sitting, or walking when performing computer work.

Mental Demands:

• Self-directing, once training is successfully completed, but with need to immediately elevate potential concerns/discrepancies to management in a timely fashion.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor in communicating with all Inventprise personnel.
• Ability to tackle various tasks and switch pace based on priorities.

• Onsite presence is required.
