Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 / hourly DOE

The hiring pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on skills, education, and experience relevant to this role.

Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, employees are eligible to participate in the following Inventprise employee benefit programs:

• Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, or HSA: Currently Inventprise contributes 80% toward the Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for the employee, and enrolled spouse and dependents. Medical plans are currently provided through Premera Blue Cross.
• 401(k) program: Inventprise contributes 3% of employee base pay each pay period to their 401(k) account. Employee contributions are at the discretion of the employee.
• Paid Time Off: Employees start PTO accruals at the rate of 5.83 hours each pay period - annualized equivalent of 140 hours/year.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean laboratory equipment, glass ware, lab ware and sterilize/sanitize operating Autoclave/ Dry heat oven as necessary.
• Prepare sanitizing agents and equipment in accordance with department SOPs; discard spent agents and equipment per department SOPs. Fill out cleaning logs as appropriate.
• Manage and maintain raw material stores and assist in raw material receiving, storing, releasing and documentation associated with raw material.
• Collects used/soiled gowning supplies from area receptacles and deposits them for discarding or recycling.
• Restock sterile and non-sterile gowning supplies in the appropriate bins/shelves in gowning rooms.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all raw material; notify Purchasing Officer if inventory levels approach reorder points.
• Adhere to cGMPs, SOPs, Batch Record processing steps and site safety policies
• Maintain an accurate inventory of aseptic area cleaning supplies and disinfection agents, notify Purchasing Officer if inventory levels approach reorder points.
• Assist with general lab operation as required.
• Follow compliance with all lab Safety requirements and procedures.

Education:

• High school degree or GED or higher. Preferable to having taken science courses.

Physical & Mental Demands:

• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs routinely, 50 lbs occasionally.
• Read and Understand lab equipment manuals and IVT/QC SOPs.
• Work with hazardous materials, wear lab PPE and follow lab safety guidelines

Working Conditions:

• Onsite presence is required in Washington, US.
