Job Details :

• Use Pick-To-Light System to select hardware for work in process production carts
• Maintain hardware materials and assembly products in Kanbans
• Use autonomous robots to return empty carts to the beginning of the shop by the click of a button
• Assemble and package finished products and prepare them for shipment
• Perform quality checks on products and reports defective items or questionable conditions to the team lead
• Perform all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of products and invoices

Qualifications :

• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Programs)
• An eye for detail and perfectionist work
• Forklift experience is a bonus, but not required
• Basic mechanical and assembly skills
• Great attitude and desire for self-improvement
• Enjoy working in a thriving team atmosphere (we really do mean Team)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move and package products frequently weighing 50 pounds
• Must be able to observe and detect details at close range and within a few feet of the observer
