Robotic Welding Operator

We are looking for people to operate our Robotic Welders. We will teach you everything you need to know. Once you become proficient with machine operation, we will train you to program the machine and create new welding programs. Job Details:

• Operate Robotic Welder to fabricate parts and assemblies for the Offroad, Powersports, Fishing, Boating, and Outdoor enthusiasts
• Operate cutting edge Fanuc Robots integrated with Lincoln welders
• Use autonomous robots to send products downstream and return empty carts to the front of the shop with a click of a button
• No equipment or tools needed. We will provide everything you need to perform job duties!
• Perform quality checks to ensure great products are sent out the door.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities

Qualifications:

• No Experience, No Problem. We will pay you to train on the job.
• Knowledge of MIG Welding required.
• Good attention to detail, eye for quality and ability to complete tasks.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Great attitude and a desire for self-improvement.
• Enjoy working in a shop environment!

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand and walk all the time
• Ability to occasionally move objects weighing 60 pounds
• Ability to respond to visual and audible queues
• Ability to handle and move materials frequently
