Program Support Specialist

Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Program Support Specialist with a minimum 3 years administrative experience required.

Duties Include:

• Providing contract and financial analysis support by monitoring and analyzing actual costs (both labor and non-labor) comparing to the program budget
• Developing and reporting financial metrics
• Investigating and analyzing cost and schedule variances

• Support proposals, project setup execution, and closing
• Resolve issues related to labor reporting, direct and indirect cost accumulation, revenue recognition, invoicing, etc.
• In addition to programmatic tasks, the candidate will perform administrative duties and coordinate with internal and external organizations on topics such as travel requests, material requisitions, and reviewing subcontractor invoices
• Performing other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of a BS or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Contracts, or related plus 3 years of applicable administrative experience required.

• Knowledge of procurement on government contracts
• Detail oriented with a commitment to a high level of customer service
• Must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and business professionals

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with some or all, of the following:

• Additional years of experience is a definite plus

Requires ability to:

• Obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Work well in a small, fast-paced and mission-driven environment with co-workers, management, and client
• Demonstrate innovation, quick learning, excellent communication skills and adaptive thinking
• Work independently with minimal supervision, and to make rational decisions, and to exercise good judgment is essential
