Intuitive Websites is Hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager Near Denver, CO

Account Manager Job Description

The Intuitive Websites Account Manager's role is to serve as the client’s voice in developing and executing marketing campaigns. As Account Manager, you’ll help build strategic marketing plans aligned with the goals of Intuitive Websites’ clients. Through your efforts, you’ll ensure the work of our various team members (creative, marketing, development technical, etc.) coordinate to produce amazing results. You will be the most important contact for each of your clients with the single, most important goal of creating client delight through consistent communication and timely deliverables.

The routine:

  • Daily management of a list of accounts.

  • Manage your client’s wishlist to ensure a proactive approach to marketing

  • Manage the tasks for the production team (website, search, social, email, etc) (We use Asana for our project management)

  • Regular client communication (email, phone, zoom) demonstrating your ability to keep their projects on track

  • Sending regular reports on Intuitive Websites’ performance and client ROI

  • Monitoring and maintaining client budget

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and confidence in all your interactions

  • Provide Intuitive Websites’ management new ideas for improvement in client delight and company operations as appropriate

  • Use your strong analytical skills to understand the success factors of your campaigns and provide meaningful recommendations for improvement

Schedule:

  • Eight-hour daily shifts

  • Monday - Friday

  • Weekends and Holidays off

There are going to be some basic skills you’ll need to continue to improve on no matter how good you are today:

  • We’ll need you to have a minimum of a few years of experience in marketing and client management and we’ll want you to be very deliberate about increasing your experience in a wide variety of areas. We definitely consider a degree in a related field as part of your experience

  • You’ll need to be an amazing generalist for the key areas of digital marketing (search, social, email, etc.)

  • Using WordPress and HubSpot CMS as marketing tools

  • HubSpot marketing automation and ongoing certifications in HubSpot (2-3 HubSpot certifications minimum to be achieved in your first 90 days)

  • Researching new ideas to provide unique insight into topics

  • Grammatical excellence

  • Enjoy working with a team and have a sense of humor and enthusiasm

  • Must follow directions closely

  • Are positive, friendly, and supportive

  • Demonstrate proficiency in web applications, especially Google's suite of tools
