Mailchimp is a leading marketing platform for small businesses. We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multichannel campaign, CRM, and analytics tools.
Our analytics team is a growing team here at Mailchimp to support our strategic initiatives, business operations and revenue management as Mailchimp continues to evolve. We are seeking a motivated and energetic data analyst to support the growth of the analytics function of this team.
As a Staff Partnerships Analyst on the Partnerships Analytics team, you will help lead strategic, data-driven decision making at Mailchimp. In this role, you will apply a variety of analytical tools and techniques to conduct deep dive analysis to both help understand and better explain customer behavior, partner program performance, and business trends as well as predict future business outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders across the company – partnerships, product, finance, marketing, legal, and others -- to support the business on strategic analytics requests and build cross-functional reporting to arm Mailchimp with insights that will help steer our future. Partnerships includes both tech partners (Shopify, Woocommerce, Canva, etc.) and service partners (small and large agencies that are part of our partner program). Combined, these programs are part of our strategic growth plan as we accelerate partnerships as a lever to acquire and grow new customers.
Diversity and inclusion isn’t just something we do — it’s part of who we are. Intuit’s commitment to diversity and inclusion dates back to the early days of the company when we first declared our core values and mission, and today our Stronger Together value keeps this front and center in how we power prosperity around the world. When our workforce composition reflects our customers and communities, we believe we can develop deeper empathy, accelerating innovation to solve the biggest problems our customers face.
