Job Description Our client, a leading produce company, is currently recruiting an Executive Vice President of Sales who will infuse the Sales Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. 1) Provide strategic thinking and operations planning that provides the foundation to continuously improve the company
2) Coordinate resolution of needs, issues and problems that impact revenue generation
3) Provide leadership training and development that continuously strengthens people as key contributors to a high-performance Sales Team
4) Develop sales strategies to attain the company's strategic goals
5) Plan, develop, organize and orchestrate tactics to implement the strategies to attain the goals
6) Manage installation of technology, procedures, system and processes, to monitor and measure sales performance
7) Conduct research, design and implement market penetration initiatives
8) Coordinate collaboration of internal team, customers and prospects to develop new products and line extensions
9) Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team members
10) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the produce industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
