Required Qualifications:

• *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• *Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in Java application development.
• *Proficiency in Spring Boot and SQL, with hands-on experience in server-side web technologies such as Spring, JPA, Hibernate, etc.
• *Strong familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
• *Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• As a Sr. Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of industry-leading Identity and Access Management applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Identity and Access Management applications and services.
• Leverage your deep expertise in object-oriented design and implementation to create scalable and efficient solutions.
• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Work closely with agile development teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
• Demonstrate the drive and flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines while maintaining a positive and collaborative team spirit.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide status updates, identify roadblocks, and propose solutions.
