• Knowledge of engineering planning, design and construction as applied to public works projects, utility, and/or private development projects.
• Knowledge of land use planning and CEQA.
• Knowledge of pertinent local, State and Federal Rules and Regulations especially related to the planning and implementation of public works and development projects.
• Proficient in the use of standard office software including Microsoft office products. Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, Arcview and ArcInfo a plus.
• Knowledge related to organizational analysis and management.

COMPENSATION:  $28/hr - $35/hr
