Regional Operations Manager

Intertek is searching for a Regional Operations manager to join our Caleb Brettteam in the NorthEast region of USA. This is a fantastic opportunity to a ver expand your career in Petroleum Inspections and Operations.

What You'll Do On The Job:

The Regional Operations Manager will support the Caleb Brett business by managing the hiring branches. We’re looking for a manager that has several years of experience in the ATIC business, with previous experience as an inspector, dispatcher, and operations coordination in the regional NE area.

Render to clients an accurate, rapid, and otherwise efficient Inspection service which is of indisputable integrity.

Ensure that adequate equipment and personnel are available for all jobs.

With the advice and consent of the Director, to evaluate Operations employee performance, maintain discipline, and recommend hiring and dismissal.
To follow up rapidly, any legitimate complaints of Operations personnel; to defend the Operations group from harassment by other departments, but to follow up rapidly any legitimate complaints from those departments.

Conduct safety meetings to keep personnel informed of occurrences and decisions relating to safety, and to evaluate continually the safety of Operations working conditions and arrange for necessary corrections to be made.

Seek new business.

Be a positive company representative to clients.

Carry out the above responsibilities, and all others which may be assigned, in a manner demonstrating support for and adherence to the Company’s Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Policy and Procedures, Ethics Policy, Environmental Management System, Vision and Strategy.

Exercise good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy in following out the above.

What It Takes To Be Successful:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Is preferred
  • Previous experience in Petroleum Inspections in the Phila, PA market is required
  • Minimum 10 years Petroleum Inspection experience is required
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Applications
  • Self-Starter with Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal, and Time
    Management Skills
  • Sales /Marketing Skills wiht the intent to increase Market Share / Margin
  • Valid Drivers License With Reliable Driving Record is required
