The Client Services/Dispatching Professional that joins our team will hit the ground running, understands the sense of urgency in getting tasks done quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
· Consistent Communication with technicians , update on parts, and planning for scheduling.
· Clear communication and updating customers.
· Having an understanding of pending projects and jobs and making sure all is communicated correctly to the customer and technicians.
· Taking incoming phone calls and setting up service work orders and coordinate throughout the day.
· Working with the inside sales and operations teams to ensure we are all moving in the same direction with the work we are performing and planning for the future.
· Periodically, strategizing with team members and technicians to create the most comprehensive solutions for our customers.
· Spending time to get to know the technician’s skill set to ensure we are sending the proper technician to provide the most value and best solution.
· Spending time learning more about HVAC and Plumbing systems to become an expert.
· Working in Portals and updating through out the day.
Qualifications:
· (1) year of HVAC Dispatching experience required.
· An eager attitude to learn the business, and work as a TEAM to achieve and supersede goals.
· The ability to complete tasks and keep others informed with customer updates and time frames.
· Must be able to very proficient in communicating and giving much detail to customers, technicians, and operations.
· An expertise in customer service and problem solving at all times.
· Must be DETAIL oriented, consisting of multi-tasking at all times and your execution is pivotal to our business.
· Must be Reliable and understand the importance of punctuality (start time 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
· Understanding of stringent time frames to get multiple tasks done and succeed consistently.
· Ability to be flexible and help out where and as needed for TEAM IMCOR.
