Interstate All Battery Center is Hiring a Retail Associate Near Columbia, MO
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Retail customer service, deliveries, and Installing vehicle batteries
- Tests, analyzes, and diagnoses battery problems
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Maintain sales floor effectively and manage inventory
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to lift between 30-80 pound batteries.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail sales and providing excellent customer service. We are flexible with schedules during Monday - Friday but we would like to have someone work majority of Saturdays (store hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am -5:30pm and Saturday 9am - 2:00pm). Join our team today!
