We are currently searching for a direct hire Leasing Associate at an apartment community in Huntingdon Valley, PA! If you love interacting with customers and thrive in a sales environment, this is the opportunity for you! Our client is offering a generous hourly rate and commission structure.

Primary Responsibilities :

Greets prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences

Successfully closes new sales and leases vacant apartment to prospective tenants

Accurately prepares and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.e. lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks) and key distribution

Collects security deposits, rent and any other charge associated with residents moves

Communicates all lease and community policies to new and current residents

Follows up with all leads and prospects that did not lease

Ensures apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate

Seeks out new residents by creative marketing techniques and social media campaigns

Manages lease renewal process

Follows up in a timely manner on all calls, emails and site visitsOne to two years of experience leasing apartments in a high volume capacity

Excellent customer service, sales and follow up skills

Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media

Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
