JT Solution Partners is looking for a full-time apartment leasing consultant to work at an amazing community here in Reno.
Job requirements
- Execute leasing activities for assigned properties
- Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
- Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
- Attend leasing conventions and other industry events
- Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
- Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
- Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
- Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers
All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in apartment leasing.
Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start as soon as possible. If this is you, please contact us today!
