Interscapes is Hiring a Part Time Administrative Assistant Near Brooklyn, MN

Interscapes is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager/HR Manager with various administrative functions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to our goal of being a top supplier and employer. As part of our team, you will interact with our President, General Manager, Office/HR Manager, Accountant, and Department Managers.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Office Manager with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.

- Aid in invoicing projects in the ShopPak ERP system.

- Support archiving closed projects in the ERP system.

- Process contracts, Certificates of Insurance, and other project-related requests.

- Assist engineering and production departments with purchasing processes.

- Lead and/or assist in the development of special projects, committees, and task forces.

- Act as the point of contact via answering the general phone line and referring inquiries to the appropriate staff.

- Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.

- Undertake additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.

- Assist with company marketing and social media as needed.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in Office Administration.

- Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.

- Above-average knowledge of web-based software programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Good general math skills related to reconciling, invoices, and general business math.

- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, goal setting, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of organization skills.

- Excellent verbal and writing skills.

- Friendly and professional demeanor.

- Trustworthy, ensuring complete confidentiality at all times.

- Takes pride in enhancing and being a part of the Interscapes culture.

Education:

- Associate degree, or the equivalent of relative experience required for the position.

Working Environment:

- Normal operating hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with flexibility for family matters.

- Duties will be performed in an office space, with remote work available when necessary.

- Duties also require the ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.

- Some exposure to loud noise, sawdust, and elements may occur.
