We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift. Here is what you will be doing…
- Supervise a select group of 2nd shift employees.
- Work directly with the Operations Manager to improve process on second shift. You will have the authority to stop/start key production processes and make decisions about assigned workflow control points.
- You will work with the Human Resources and Safety departments to ensure policy adherence. You should be comfortable dealing with safety and employee relations type issues.

Requirements
Successful candidate will have a solid production background with previous supervisory experience. Experience with the principals of LEAN is a plus. Safety administration and employee relations background also a plus!
