The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced executive leader to join our team as the VP, Global Revenue Public Sector. We are looking for a proven leader and disciplined operator with a demonstrated ability to build high- performance teams and government business. You will work closely with the SVP, Global Revenue and leadership team, with responsibilities including providing global impacting strategy and positioning Interos as a leading player in the global supply chain.
Essential Functions/Duties:
  • Developing and Implementing Revenue Strategies: You would be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies for the global public sector, aimed at driving growth in annual recurring revenue and bookings.
  • Driving Business Growth: Your role would involve driving new business and expanding the federal customer base within the public sector through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Building Customer Relationships: You would be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the global public sector, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the company's products and services.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: You would collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that the company's products and services meet the needs of customers in the global public sector.
  • Sales Forecasting and Performance Tracking: You would be responsible for providing detailed sales forecasting and tracking the performance of the public sector sales team, ensuring that they meet their targets and goals.
  • Driving Operational Excellence: You would drive operational excellence within the public sector sales team, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively to meet the company's revenue goals.
  • Staying Informed About Market Trends: You would stay informed about market trends and developments in the global public sector, ensuring that the company is well-positioned to take advantage of new opportunities.
  • Representing the Company: You would represent the company at industry events and conferences, building the company's reputation and network within the global public sector.
  • Managing Budgets and Resources: You would be responsible for managing budgets and resources within the public sector sales team, ensuring that they are allocated effectively to drive revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • The position requires active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
  • 10 years of senior leadership experience in a tech or tech-related environment.
  • Proven ability to drive transformational change and build customer loyalty.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Dynamic sales execution mindset with a passion for a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to champion diversity and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in navigating and comprehending the intricacies of the Department of Defense (DOD) and Federal Civilian (FedCiv) budgeting processes, demonstrating a strong grasp of regulatory guidelines, budget allocation methodologies, and financial planning principles.

  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
  • Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
  • Compensation range is base salary of $222,000-$265,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
