Intero Real Estate is Hiring an Admin Asst Branch Near Morgan Hill, CA

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant. The role is to provide real estate agents with simple marketing and basic IT services by offering assistance with drip marketing campaigns, social media marketing and digital presence review. This position is the main point of contact for our agents. It serves as the communication and support center for the office and is dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with the real estate agents and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

Common job activities are listed below; actual position responsibilities may vary. Refer to you manager or human resources for specific duties and performance expectations.

Technology:

  • Assistance in setting up printers and Wi-Fi connections on agent’s personal smartphone and/or laptop upon request.
  • Basic application support. Assistance in all technology offerings.
  • This position should be the first point of contact in each office. If the problem is advanced, the agent should be directed to the Help Desk Support Group for additional support.
  • Promote the importance of using their assigned Intero.com email address to stay informed of all marketing and news releases from Intero.

Agent Onboarding:

  • Manage the new agent on boarding process – assist with any questions regarding on boarding paperwork.
  • Maintain and update office roster on Intero.com by making sure all agents are on the site, agents have a professional photograph, agents have an updated bio, and agents have correct contact information. Remove those that have left the office.
  • Log into Social media to make sure that the agents in your office have Facebook and/or LinkedIn accounts have Intero as their place of employment, current phone number and active email address.
  • Be sure each agent in your office has active accounts for all of our technology offerings (Boston Logic, Real Scout, Imprev, Reach 150, SkySlope, Moxiworks) and have an understanding of how to use them.
  • Be sure each agent in your office has the most up to date signature for their email account.
  • Manage all social media postings for the office. ie; new agent announcements, events, etc.

Marketing:

  • Set up email and marketing campaigns for your agent’s databases to send out Market Snapshots, Luxury Magazine, press releases, etc.
  • Assist with marketing projects such as open house flyers, postcards, just listed cards, etc. using the current Intero technology offerings.
  • Assist with business card/stationary and yard/open house sign ordering.
  • Send out a weekly “Did You Know” email campaign to the office.

Office:

    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with agents and staff.
    • Maintain professional physical appearance and a clean and organized workspace.
    • Help develop and maintain a positive office culture.
    • Manage office recognition, events, and office meetings
    • Clerical/office duties as requested. Duties could include reception duties, supply orders and office facilities responsibilities.
    • Have FUN on a daily basis at work

Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent. Secondary education preferred.
Experience:
  • Three years clerical or administrative experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent telephone etiquette skills.
  • Must be friendly and have an outgoing personality.
  • Highly self-motivated with an inner competitiveness.
  • Awesome customer service skills.
  • Willing to take charge of each of our technology offerings (SkySlope, Moxiworks, Boston Logic, Reach150, Docusign, Real Scout, Imprev, etc.)
  • Resourceful
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Initiative and adaptability.
  • Detail oriented.

Wage:

$24- $27 per hour, actual wage is based upon education and experience.
