We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! Must have experience in all aspects of maintenance such as, but not limited to, Plumbing/Electrical/Painting/Carpentry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various maintenance work in the areas of, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and buildings
• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in all aspects of maintenance such as, but not limited to, Plumbing/Electrical/Painting/Carpentry.
• Must have your own tools
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Possess excellent troubleshooting techniques
• Building automation system experience a plus
• High School diploma or GED

Other Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have clean driving record
• Must be able to pass federal background check and drug test

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
