Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Director of Events to join our team. As the Director of Events, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and successful outcomes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee all aspects of events, including track rentals, corporate events, and most important coordinating race week events.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions

- Manage event budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution

- Arrange event logistics, such as venue selection, catering services, audiovisual equipment, and transportation

- Develop event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time

- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are in place

- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise

- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Experience:

- Proven experience in events management, preferably in a sports related setting

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members

- Exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
