Job Title: Program Manager, USRAP Capacity Development

Location: New York, NY HQ USA ***THIS ROLE IS ELIGIBLE TO BE FULLY REMOTE*** Job Overview:The headquarters Resettlement Team oversees the implementation and quality of services for early resettlement programming across the IRC’s growing network of local offices and affiliates. The Reception and Placement (R&P) Program, funded by the Bureau for Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM), offers early resettlement services for arrivals entering through the US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). In FY 2023 the IRC began a special partnership with emerging resettlement agencies (both local and national) to mentor and train local and headquarters staff in the management and implementation of the R&P Program. The Program Manager will report to the Deputy Director, USRAP Capacity Building, and support the USRAP Capacity Building team with monitoring, logistical, and information management tasks. This position will last through September 2025, the duration of the project. Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
