Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications: BA/BS in Production or Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related field is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 5 years prior manufacturing experience in corrugated industry preferably at the management level. In depth knowledge of corrugated packaging manufacturing processes and technology. Well developed people skills, the ability establish trust and to build lasting relationships, provide recognition and demonstrate integrity and high personal standards. Strong ability to build organizational capability through the identification and development of skills, knowledge, and leadership of subordinates.
