We are hiring a Quality Manager for a Industrial caster and wheel company based in Garden Grove. The Quality Manager oversees the development, implementation, and management of manufacturing systems to ensure consistent production with established standards and customer specifications. Manages a team of quality control inspectors and process specialists.

Pay: Salary Exempt, $90,000 - $105,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Determine root causes and recommend changes when necessary.
• Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes.
• Review product designs for manufacturability.
• Provide technical expertise or support.
• Supervise Quality Control Inspectors, Process Engineers, and Maintenance Mechanics.
• Provide financial impact analysis.
• Complete Inspection Reports for customer shipments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• Maintain calibration schedules for inspection tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards.
• Bilingualism preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and mechanical skills.
• Reasonable experience with operational efficiencies.
• Logical thinking and ability to accept constructive criticism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collect, manage, and analyze data.
• Organized with good judgment.
• Knowledgeable about safety procedures.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or significant experience in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering.
• Green Belt in Six Sigma desired.
