Position Overview:
As an Experienced Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive maintenance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and filter replacements according to manufacturer specifications
• Check and top off vehicle fluids, including coolant, transmission, brake, and power steering fluids
• Perform tire rotations and inspections
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle service recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 of experience as a Lube Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
