International Data Group is Hiring a Product Management Intern Near Needham, MA

Overview

We are seeking an Undergraduate (rising junior or senior) to join the Global Product Management team for a 10-week paid summer internship program.This position will be work on a variety of Product Management projects including helping with the Emerging Vendor Programs Center of Excellence

This role is located in our Needham, MA with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Global Product Management Team meetings and learn about IDC’s PM processes.
  • Rotate throughout the team to assist with various projects including product planning.
  • Provide support EVR CoE to enhance overall methodology and processes.
  • Use Pitchbook for market assessments and work on EVR CoE projects, such as interview summaries, survey questionnaires, project details/guidelines and various communications to analysts, vendors and sales.
  • Update PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

  • Applicants should be a college business major (product management or product or analytics)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn about market research.
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment

The expected compensation, depending on education level, is between $22-$25/hour for undergrads and $30-35/hour for graduate students.
