Together, ICC and IMS boast almost five decades of experience in pavement engineering and analysis, software development, automated data collection equipment manufacturing, and ROW mapping.

We enable data-driven decisions about pavement, sidewalk, and right-of-way (ROW) assets that empower agencies to get the most out of their budgets and deliver meaningful safety, maintenance, and rehabilitation results to their constituents.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to fleet downtime issues promptly and mobilize the resources required to address the issue, whether from inside or outside the company.
  • Create cases (trouble tickets) for each incident and track each case through to successful resolution in our Jira issue-tracking software.
  • Hold daily morning meetings to review all open cases for progress and to determine next steps.

  • Track and report fleet uptime/downtime metrics to management weekly.
  • Document the root cause (as determined by fleet support or development) for any deficiencies or failures in parts and assemblies; track failures by system and root cause for every vehicle in the fleet.
  • Based on common downtime reasons, suggest improvements to ICC equipment, systems, maintenance methods, and preventative (scheduled) repairs.
  • Review and comment on new and existing equipment layouts to ensure our designs are robust for road-going vehicles, easy to maintain in the field, and cost-efficient.
  • Travel up to 10% for field meetings with crew members and for major maintenance issues that require management presence to expedite resolution (rare).
