This position is responsible for understanding the department charging process, including electronic health record charge capture interface, claims denial analysis, and claims processing compliance to support revenue cycle goals while working with the CFO and revenue cycle management team in accessing, identifying, and resolving potential revenue cycle billing compliance risks. Responsible for supporting annual MCO reconciliation and the program’s billing operations and customers (internal and external) to achieve excellent billing performance. Supports the planning, design, development, and/or configuration of supported applications; coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures; and on-going production maintenance/support and troubleshooting of assigned applications.


Pay Range: $31.75 - $46.49

Education - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in healthcare informatics; business administration or a related field. Medical Terminology is preferred.

Experience - 7 to 10 years of industry related experience (healthcare, information services, or within applicable area).

Other Requirement(s) - EPIC application certification, FQHC Clinical and Billing experience is a plus. Working experience with EPIC, Intermediate or higher level MS Excel.
