This is a termlimited, grant funded position will work with the integrated health care teamat ICHS’ school based health centers in Seattle & Bellevue to assistpatients and their families in accessing behavioral health services and relatedresources as recommended by the care team. Additional responsibilities willinclude facilitating non-therapeutic behavioral health activities for bothindividuals and groups and other behavioral health related outreach andeducation. As a part of the care team this position may need to document directservices in the electronic medical record.Hourly Pay Range: $21.70 - $31.77 

Education - Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, andexperience preferred.Experience - Two years in behavioral health related outreach,advocacy, education and/or group facilitation preferred.Other Requirement(s) - Fluent in English and in other languagepreferred. Bilingual Spanish language fluency preferred.
