We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Manager, Client Service join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA, or Lake Mary, FL

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Oversees and provides guidance to one or more Treasury Service Global Client Service teams who supports multiple, moderately complex to highly complex client accounts daily. Assist in resolving highly complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries as needed.

* Guides Treasury Service Global Client Service teams through change management.

* Provide teams an assigned clients information related to BNY Mellon's products and services representing an array of lines of business and geographies; leverages an in-depth understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings.

* Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

* Use the CRM data to report client trends and needs; may provide forward-looking insight on client issues to drive future revenue growth and maintain relationships with business teams.

* Develops and maintains policies and procedures for teams managed. Sets metrics and goals to ensure continuous process improvement and optimal client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.

* 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years of management experience preferred. Experience in a client service and/or operational area preferred.
