Operations Systems Analyst

Position Overview for the Operations Systems Analyst:

• Analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems.
• Oversees repair, restoration, or recovery of operating systems to minimize business interruptions or impacts.
• Initiates and monitors change requests and installations/upgrades.
• Supports the user community in the use of functional business tools and support systems.
• May act as a team or project leader.

Required Skills for the Operations Systems Analyst:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience providing operations system support.
• Strong technical acumen in systems and operations
• Foundational networking knowledge
• Leading technology upgrades and training

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
