General Summary: The Extended Foster Care Team Lead is responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversite to an assigned team of Extended Foster Care Success Coach employees. The Team Lead provides support, direction and assistance to the team, as well as coordination of day-to-day functioning of the team and case load assignments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Present open communication to ensure team members are supported in their roles and understand their performance expectations. Coordinate work schedules for team members to ensure there is appropriate coverage of EFC Success Coach’s cases.Accounts for service delivery within contractual timelines. Monitor staff documentation and monthly billing.Assist in coordinating collaborations with outside service provides and DCS for care resources. Maintain documentation of case contact hours for the team per week and conduct other reports as needed. Participate in Group Clinical oversights with team and Sr. Program Manager. Review Guardian/Shared Drive/NextGen to ensure team members are practicing proper documentation and submitting in timely manner. Ensure client files are maintained in accordance with company and licensing standards. Organize and participate in individual and weekly team supervision meetings. Ensure supervision is documented and submitted to Human Resources for entry in personnel files. Ensure team members complete required trainings in a timely manner.Maintain an approved schedule and an acceptable level of attendance. Perform other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position. Will carry a reduced caseload, up to 10 cases. QUALIFICATIONS:Education - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.Experience – Minimum of 1-year prior experience of human services work-related experience; prefer experience with children. Prior supervisory experience preferred.Certification - None.License - None.REGULATORY:Minimum 26 years of age. Valid Driver’s License that has not been suspended in last 3 years of hire. Arizona Driver's License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration and insurance that meets liability insurance requirements. No DWI or At Fault Accidents; no more than 2 moving violations; no more than 1 excessive speed violation and no criminal violation for 5 years preceding employment. Level 1 fingerprint clearance card and Central Registry Background Check.CPR and First Aid certification (Employer provides).Initial current negative TB test result (Employer provides).Have not been placed on probation or parole for last 10 years from present date.Have no civil, criminal, or juvenile restraining orders within last 10 years from present date.Have a clear/negative pre-employment drug test, as well as a clear/negative random drug test annually from date of hire. Minimum 5 panel test. Prohibits use of marijuana or to be under influence of marijuana when providing services to DCS clients (included medical marijuana).Questions about this position?
