Working under the general supervision of the Director of Ancillary and Specialty Services, this position is responsible for workflow, financial performance, and the overall management of department operations to achieve expert care, superb service, and maximizing staff productivity. This role will include oversite of all Physical Therapy locations, including employer-based services of on-site Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapy Manager works closely with the organizational management team on strategic planning, program development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring. This role will require building relationships and workflows with external stakeholders to ensure optimal, comprehensive care management. This dynamic leader will leverage evidence-based practice, innovative technology, service line diversification to deliver to patients exceptional value with ideal access and market leading outcomes, culminating in a premier care experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Staff Management – Overall responsibility for management of staff, including Physical Therapy Leads, Physical Therapists, and administrative supervisor staff within the Physical Therapy departments. Will work in coordination with the administrative supervisor and clinical manager of musculoskeletal services regarding athletic trainer and administrative support staff of the department.
