We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney with 8 to 10 years of experience to join this dynamic team.

This role offers a unique chance to showcase your expertise in handling ground lease, net lease, and a variety of other complex leasing transactions, as well as related financing matters.

About the Role

• As a key member of the Real Estate team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions.
• Your deep understanding of ground lease, net lease, and other leasing arrangements, coupled with your expertise in financing transactions, will be invaluable as you guide clients through complex legal matters and help them achieve their business objectives.

About You

• The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned Attorney with a strong background in real estate law, particularly in the areas of ground lease, net lease, and leasing transactions.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required, and candidates with additional qualifications or certifications will be strongly preferred.
