Our esteemed client's Los Angeles office is presently in search of an Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice.

Ideal candidates will possess a background in employment or other complex litigation defense, encompassing class and representative actions, single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor law, and / or employment counseling.

More about you :

• Exceptional academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across offices within a growing and dynamic practice are essential.
• Candidates with honors such as Order of the Coif, law review membership, or clerkship experience are preferred.

A few duties of the role :

• Conducting legal research on labor and employment laws.
• Drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal strategies for labor and employment cases.
• Providing legal advice to clients on labor and employment matters and participating in negotiations and settlements with opposing parties.
• Representing clients in hearings, arbitrations, or mediations.
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
• Supporting Senior Attorneys in all aspects of case management and client representation.

The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $495,000, with actual compensation determined based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
