The ideal candidates

We are looking for a motivated applicant to progress our marketing programs, assist with the sales process, and create web & blog content. We will train you on our procedures and ask for your input on how to improve them.

  • Support sales team support and enablement. At Interlink, the marketing team primarily supports sales, and a large portion of this role will be focused on lead tracking and content creation. 
  • Create written content for the website and facilitate webinar execution. Since writing will be a large portion of this role, candidates will strongly prefer candidates who submit a cover letter. 
  • Identify, create, and execute SEO strategies and support for our website and blog. 
  • Build Interlink's LinkedIn strategy and presence. 
  • Assist the marketing manager with strategic marketing tasks. 

Responsibilities?

  • Facilitate webinars and marketing promotions; assist in content creation, hosting, and follow up/lead tracking.
  • Write blog posts and website content.
  • Social media coordination specifically focused on LinkedIn.
  • Virtually facilitate public relations, internal events, and awards.
  • Build templates, communicate value propositions, and assist the sales team.
  • Create processes to improve marketing efforts for more effective pre-sales and post-sales documentation to increase the size of our pipeline. 
  • Discover insights from analytics (LinkedIn, Google and Hubspot) to develop strategic recommendations. 

Requirements

  •  0-2 years of marketing experience is required.
  • B2B experience is preferred.
  • Must have a strong desire to learn and the ability to absorb that information quickly
  • Strong communication skills – both written and oral
  • Technically minded and able to learn new technologies quickly (Hubspot or other web experience preferred, but not required)
  • Adobe Illustrator or InDesign experience preferred, but not required 
  • Ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organization and project tracking skills
  • Relevant degrees / pursuing degrees in Business, Marketing, or related field 
  • Ability to pass a background check for pre-employment purposes
